This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs any booking made through our platform.

1. Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds shall be issued for:
  • Change of mind after confirmation
  • Service dissatisfaction after execution
  • Delays due to uncontrollable events

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

3. Insurance Responsibility

• Any loss, damage, or theft of goods during transit is solely the responsibility of the insurance provider.
• Customers are encouraged to insure all their belongings before transportation.
• Choudhary Packers and Movers shall not entertain any damage claims directly.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

All disputes regarding refund or service shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
