- Prices are final once quoted; no bargaining after work starts.
- All payments are non-refundable.
4. Insurance & Liability
- We recommend all customers to opt for insurance.
- Choudhary Packers and Movers holds no liability for damages, loss, or theft during transit.
- All claims are to be settled directly with the insurance company.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. No refund is applicable for late cancellations.
6. No Illegal or Hazardous Goods
Clients are strictly prohibited from including flammable, perishable, or illegal items in the consignment.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for:
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions
