Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled by Choudhary Packers & Movers.
1. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds shall be issued for:
- Change of mind after confirmation
- Service dissatisfaction after execution
- Delays due to uncontrollable events (weather, traffic, etc.)
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
3. Insurance Responsibility
Any loss, damage, or theft of goods during transit is solely the responsibility of the insurance provider. Customers are encouraged to insure all their belongings before transportation. Choudhary Packers & Movers shall not entertain damage claims directly; please contact your insurance provider for claim settlement.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
All disputes regarding refunds or services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
