Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

We provide packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and relocation services for households, offices, vehicles, and machinery.

2. Booking Confirmation

All service requests must be confirmed in writing or through our official website or customer support. Bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving written acknowledgment from Choudhary Packers & Movers.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made in advance or as per agreed terms. Prices are final once quoted; no bargaining is permitted after work commences. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Insurance & Liability

We recommend all customers opt for insurance. Choudhary Packers & Movers holds no liability for damages, loss, or theft during transit unless covered by an insurance policy provided by the customer. All claims are to be settled directly with the insurance company.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. No refund is applicable for late cancellations unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

6. Prohibited Items

Clients are strictly prohibited from including flammable, perishable, hazardous, or illegal items in the consignment. Any such items found will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities; the customer will be solely responsible for penalties or damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Choudhary Packers & Movers shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, or other unforeseen conditions.
• Loss or damages not covered by insurance.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

All legal matters shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
